What types of payments do you accept?

We accept various payment methods, including credit cards ( online only ), bank transfers, and cash payments in our showroom.

What if my wedding dress needs alterations?

Maison Distinguée does not offer an alteration service. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you refer to the size guide to select the most suitable size.

Can I customize my dress (design, sleeves, beads, etc.)?
Yes !
  1. Choose your size (standard or "personal").
  2. Add the "design customization supplement" option to your cart.

  3. Send us an email with details of the desired changes + your order number.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind after purchasing a dress?

Please refer to our return policy for specific details. We strive to satisfy our customers, but certain conditions may apply for returns and refunds.

Can I pay in installments?
When confirming your order, we offer two payment options: you can either pay the full amount at once or make an initial deposit of 50%, then pay the remaining 50% the following month.
We do not offer payment plans with multiple installments.
